• Rates are based on 2 persons per room

  Extra persons $5 each, cots $5, cribs $2

  Efficiency with Jacuzzi is $20 extra a night

  All rates subject to NC tax

  A deposit of 2 nights is required upon making definite reservations and before confirmation of the same

• ROOMS: two weeks notice or 50% of deposit will be held

  EFFICIENCIES: 30 days notice or 50% of deposit will be held

  Cancellations with less than one week notice - no refund of deposit
